Mosaic Lúpulo en Flor

Mosaic es una variedad de lúpulo para aroma que nació en el 2012. Ofrece un aroma único y muy complejo con toques florales, tropicales y afrutados, mezclado con características terrosas que se integran muy bien en numerosos estilos de cerveza. Mosaic está desarrollado a partir de una hembra de Simcoe y un macho Nugget.

Entre otros estilos se utiliza con frecuencia para elaborar  Pale Ale, IPA, Porter, Barley Wnes y Witbier
