MALTA SPECIAL B CASTLE MALTING

Malta oscura belga muy especial que se obtiene a través de un proceso de doble tostado. Se utiliza para obtener un color rojo oscuro a negro marrón y conseguir un cuerpo más pleno. Da mucho color y sabor a pasas. Proporciona un rico sabor a malta y un matiz de sabor de nuez y ciruela. Puede utilizarse en lugar de las maltas chocolate y negra si se desea que la cerveza sea amarga
